I'd genuinely rather we just played a few of the reserve/youth players instead of half of our team. They might lack the quality of the first teamers but at least they'd have some heart and application.

I find it strange how apathetic I feel about a lot of our players. No emotional attachment to them.

 

Perez, Janmaat (most of the time) and Krul are the only players I actually appreciate. The likes of Sissoko I can't stand, and I imagine the likes of Colback and Williamson at least have their hearts in the right place but I resent them for actually playing for my club. I don't want to judge Mbemba too harshly because of his age, new surroundings, and his defensive partners. Same goes for Mitrovic who I feel at least cares. Not sure I can say the same for Thauvin and Wijnaldum who've been anonymous at best, the biggest wastes of money in the league at worst.
