Can't dominate all game every game. Like Rafa said you can control a game whilst not in possession. We did that well yesterday. Agree re: leadership but I'm hoping one emerges once the players start to settle with each other better. We've signed a huge number of new players

Huddersfield beat us though and we were facing defeat against Norwich.I'd be more confident in us winning if we didn't go to pot as a team.We seem to just lose our domination quite easily against any opposition though. We should be able to see out games against most teams in this league.

They beat us before we really found our feet though, Rafa was still buying players etc.

The Norwich win was fantastic imo, it's the first time we've come back from 2 goals down to win a game in god knows how long and showed that the team actually has some fight and a never give up sort of attitude, 8 months ago we'd have been dead and buried when the 3rd Norwich goal went in and would have went on to lose by more. I was pretty unhappy that we didn't win by more yesterday but games like that do happen now and again, we've played most of the best sides in the league and are sitting 3rd. I agree we can get a bit edgy and nervy when hanging on by a goal but it's definitely to a lesser degree than it was when Rafa first took over.

Just watching this Norwich match.  Am concerned about both them and Huddersfield competing this season.

I am not worried about Huddersfield.  It's VERY early on in a long season. They dont have the depth we have and come around December time when the shitty weather is here and games are coming thick and fast and injuries happen.  Thats IMO where our depth will start to show through.  I hope anyways.

Aye, same. He was never going to get them anywhere. But still, I think he's done enough damage to give them too big a mountain to climb as long as we're aiming for automatic slots.

from winning the champions league to being sacked in the championship by villa

The players won that CL.

I've just looked at his management history and its astonishing he's had the jobs he has done.

He was on £130k a week at Chelsea according to wiki. Never agreed a severance package so he was paid it for the full 2 years of his contract. So getting on for £7m

Christ, imagine the scoreline had Handsome PArds still be in charge?

The latest football ramble special is an interview with Rohan ricketts which is a really good listen if anyone's interested, he's been all over the world playing football in some very odd places.

Just listening to last nights Monday night club.  Fuck me, they pay Chris Sutton and Robbie Savage for this?  Fucking clueless.  Both wanking off Giggs saying he should have had the Swansea job over Bob Bradley.  Totally contradicting themselves the thick cunts.

Why the fuck should Giggs have any Prem job that comes up.  The argument of him being a number 2 is fucking laughable.

According to the 46-year-old Italian, 16 countries would be eliminated after a preliminary knockout round.

What's the point? Seems like a lot of organisation and money for fans to spend when your team could be out after one match. Crock of shit idea.
