On a farm metal detecting tomorrow amongst Bison, deers and emu's!!!!

 

They also sell the meat and I can't remember eating any of them.

 

Don't fancy bambi or emu but tempted to give Bison a go. Anyone had it?

had it, similar to beef but more gamey tasting, beef-alo (half cow half buffalo or bison) is good too
