Transfer Transparency

It'd be an FA/PL issue and they're far more trustworthy than the likes of FIFA and UEFA.

What do they lose with disclosure though?

It's commercially sensitive information, I'd imagine that none of the clubs or agents would want it published. And understandably so.

Transfers fees didn't used to be "sensitive". Up until recently they were public knowledge and given the transfer market hasn't become less ridiculous since it's secrecy increased it's hard to see the added value to the public or other clubs of an obfuscated transfer system?

I'd guess that the increase in secrecy is due to the fact that very few football clubs are PLCs these days, whereas ten years ago it was all the rage.

Ok, but if the increased secrecy hasn't slowed the increase in idiocy when it comes to wages and fees, wouldn't it benefit the clubs to support a change?
