Kid Dynamite 7357
How are you supposed to connect a standpipe from a washing machine to the wastepipe sticking out of the wall? Theres no thread on the end of the pipe so it just pushes over the top. I'm worried water is going to piss out all over the floor though. It's an integrated washer too so it's a right ball ache to move it back out Cheers
catmag 337
You need to push the draining hose from the back of the washer into the mounted standpipe.
Kid Dynamite 7357
I know that. There isn't a standpipe there at the minute so I've bought one. It's the connection between the standpipe and waste pipe I'm worried about, they just push together which I would think would allow water the seep out? (The waste pipe being the one that goes through the house wall into the outside drain) Edited December 18, 2014 by TheRollingStones

catmag 337
normally just slides inside the pipe and the tube has some kind of holder you screw into the wall to hold it in place that the tube can pop out of when you move the machine That's what I said, shithead! And ewerk - fuck you!
