They're responding at a public level just as you'd expect a western democracy to do, but I'm sure the usual stuff is brewing below the line. Koehler says authorities have "significant doubts" about another letter posted online claiming an anti-fascist group carried out the attack. The injured policeman was a motorcycle outrider escorting the coach to the stadium when the three bombs detonated. He suffered hearing damage.
