Dr Gloom 22186
Doesn't look like Suarez at all to me so far. Suaraez is a work horse, roams the channels, presses defences high up the pitch, always involved and looking for the ball. Perez looks more of a fox in the box style poacher so far. More like lineker in style, just a natural finisher. You might not notice him for much of the game then he pops up with a goal.
Park Life 71
Yeah he's very stealthy....These types are worth their weight in gold cause they score against anyone. It's just what they do.
aimaad22 4222
Yeah, reminded me of Hernandez with his first couple of goals, inconspicuous throughout but at the right place at the right time when it mattered.
Tooj 17
He's nothing like Hernandez man. Hernandez is just a poacher and nothing else. Ayoze has a more rounded game and I think his best position isn't actually as a lone forward but playing more as a support striker who can link the midfield with attack. Think he would work great behind Cisse. Although that will be De Jong's position when he comes back
Ayatollah Hermione 14069
Not going to watch that interview with him because I don't want to ruin the illusion that he sounds exactly like Speedy Gonzalez

Although that will be De Jong's position when he comes back It was the way in which he was being bullied off the ball but still managing to make an impact that reminded me of Hernandez when he first came to ManU. If he can bring in anything in addition to the goal poaching it'll be wonderful. Since then, with increased confidence, he's shown he's definitely more skilful. Cisse would probably kill for the chance to have someone behind him who could actually provide half decent chances.
Tom 14013
Ayoze is too good on the ball to be labelled a poacher. He always looks comfortable & whilst his goals may have come from direct shots rather than dribbles he seems a fine footballer all round. Apparently he played attacking midfield for Tenerife... Anorthernsoul 1221
A guarenteed gem of a player, 10-15 goals this first season is definite, the next season even more (15-20). I think we are looking at a potential new Suarez type of player (without the shitty behaviour problems). Some say this guy is small, but he's just half an inch shorter than Suarez. I can't help feeling this was tongue in cheek

Kitman 2207
Dangerously close to RTG territory this thread 3 good games people! yeah exactly. He'll be lucky to get in the team if De Jong and Cisse are fit
aimaad22 4222
It was more a discussion regarding his playing style and potential to be fair. Unless you're reading into the Suarez remark.
ClubSpinDoctor 0
Disgrace playing him out wide yesterday I thought. Genuinely think he's destined for big things if he gets away from Pardew in time
Park Life 71
Seems like a nautral. A rare thing.
aimaad22 4222
He's so good to watch when in flow, great little player. Rumours about other bigger clubs having been interested might have been true after all. Retarded to change his and Sammy's position yesterday when it had been working so well so far. Noelie 103
He seems to be a gifted box player and unless we see him giving good crosses he may be wasted playing out wide.

Rayvin 5311
If he ends up with about 10 goals this season then I think he should be considered a good striker for the future. As it stands, he's an improvement on Shola.
ClubSpinDoctor 0
More importantly he's an improvement on Riviere. A vast one as well
David Kelly 1260
Retarded to change his and Sammy's position yesterday when it had been working so well so far.It was quite expected when you consider it's pardew making the decisions. Him and Gouffran do more work than Sammy so Pardew went straight to his favoured defending wingers tactic when he didn't have Sissoko to play as the player behind the front two.
