Clearly trying to balance the target practice in restaurants, firing shots whilst evading police and bashing down doors with cricket bats out with wearing glasses and being sick in buckets.

Prosecution today drew attention to damage on the bedroom door and a baseball bat and a large menacing looking air gun in the bedroom. There are various blood spots in the living room as well. One on the sofa.

There are little things the def are going to find hard to get around...The fact that she was dressed and clearly not using the toilet and the fact that he claims to have shouted out for her to call the police without reply (before firing)...

I'm nee forensic scientist, but all the bullet holes were fired through the bottom half of the door. Unless the bloke was kneeling down, he fired those shots without his legs on.

He was on stumps not on his legs. This is part of his defence and is meant to show how panicky he was that he didn't take time to put them on or turn the light on.

Why did he say he did not turn on the light? That man could reach a light switch if he wanted to. Stumps, legs or arse he could reach it.

They should ask him that question properly. hes a lying little stump footed murderer

He'll be taking the stand in the next few days. It's to his advantage he's been sitting there listening to the prosecution case. The trial is a shambles.

The old bill robbed all of his watches and flashed around with his gun with no gloves on. and that judge thokozile is deciding the result all on her own.

may as well pack up and go home now

I know. But the original prosecution case was that he took the time to put his legs on iirc

not really evidence though its just tale telling.

i wish it would stop being referred to as the oscar pistorious murder trial, its reeva steenkamp who has been killed.

It was a lead up to the gun licensing rigmarole and the tests he had to pass etc...ie In what situations was it ok to discharge a firearm etc..It showed that he had a good knowledge of what situations actually meant that his life was in danger (warranted the firing of a gun in self defence). Definitely not through a locked door when he could not clearly discern if the intruder presented a clear and present danger to his life. I guess they wanted to show that Oscar knew the rules.
