Seriously? Mike and Al pulling up trees!

Newcastle are on the verge of an unwanted record: defeat this evening would be the first time that they'd ever lost four Premier League home games in a row.

I've seen far, far worse.

Spurs are set up with a very high defensive line so we're best off playing this way, trying to catch them on the counter attack.

Krul's mistake apart, we've arguably had the best chances of the game.

The conditions are horrendous for football as well, so it's no surprise that players on both sides are misplacing passes and misjudging the flight of the ball.

What a magnificent 45 minutes of football. Welcome to the rest of our season.

From what I'm reading I'm sort of pleased I cant watch it on a dodgy river

Sammys done well tonight

think theres a bit of blame on the right for the goal as well not all on Krul that one, should never had got across like that

Done well the past few games to be fair. Not saying he's going to make it, but certainly deserves a shot.

0-2

I'd say my apathy has reached an all time high. I'm expecting more Spurs goals. Not dreading - expecting.

There ya go :good:

I agree, but Krul should have held that every time, even in these conditions.

Aye krul isn't playing up to his usual standard like. The defense just keeps switching off, think Sammy has been ok but yet again that final pass is lacking from everyone.
