Ausman 0 Posted February 7, 2014 Share Posted February 7, 2014 Okay my desk top keeps locking up when I'm on the internet. The mouse just locks up and sometimes the mouse pointer changes colour. Rayvin 5292 Posted February 8, 2014 Share Posted February 8, 2014 Try it in Safe Mode and see if you experience the same issues. If not, it's possibly Malware. Download Malwarebytes or something like that, and run it. Â If you have the same problems in Safe Mode then it could be a hardware problem (video card needs updating, something like that).
