Christmas Tree 4814
Anyone know a tried, tested and free way of ripping DVDs onto the computer. Followed a couple of guides / recommendations like handbrake with no luck.

Rayvin 5288
I don't know if this is still accurate, but if you actually own it and then go on to download the movie on BitTorrent or something like that, it is (or was) legal. So you could just do that - would only take 5/10 mins.
ewerk 31184
Illegalities aside, it's much faster and easier to download most films than to rip them. Though with CT it mightn't be do easy to download Wham's 1985 European tour.
