what is the worst example of fake news anyone has see in the campaign so far, from any side? obviously there is the starmer GMB interview re-edit, the misleading LD leaflets, Tories claiming Labour's (unpublished) manifesto promises costing us all £2,400 per year.  any more whoppers i might have missed?

I think it's the £1.2tn thing from the Tories personally, at least in terms of potential impact.

I think that clip is a good example of Corbyn as a politician. The guy that was heckling wasn’t being being aggressive, he was repeating an accusation that has long been levelled against him. Maybe standing up to the heckler in a firm way may have been a better way to refute the claim and look like a leader. Then again it may have opened the door to a week of headlines about how he was in the Ra so it’s swings and roundabouts I suppose.

I'd happily pay that if all his pledges were delivered. Four day week? Yes please.

McCluskey telling Corbyn to refuse to put FOM on the table. Whether he believes that or not, if he wants to win this election, now is the last fucking time to think about bringing it up FFS.

I don't understand this pathological determination to self-harm within Labour, it would be fascinating if it wasn't so incredibly infuriating.

Plus it smacks of the Unions being Corbyn’s puppet masters.

Cant remember if I saw it on here, but someone said.  I bet if the flooding was in Surrey it would have been classed as an emergency

Only newsworthy if it’s closing in on the m25

What's the problem with this flooding? I've heard a lot of people moaning about the government but very little specific criticism about how the emergency services reacted or how classing it as a national emergency would have made any difference.

Who cares, it hurts the Tories.

I'd rather see 130,000 innocent people die that you use one death for your party political purposes. Disgusting behaviour.

I would drive a lorry head on into your horse and cart to avoid a Tory majority.
