Seems an extraordinary political gamble by Sturgeon. Similar to Cameron's gamble with his failed referendum. A Scotland out of the union and potentially out of the EU too will be a much poorer place. The question is whether May calls her bluff

Krauts are loving this Scotland stuff. Another stick to beat Eng down with is how they see it. There is no way Scotland would flourish alone. Just simple things like their borrowing rates would take an instant hike when not backed by the BOE.

I think Scotland will find it difficult but they'll be able to do to the UK what May has threatened to do to Europe. Lower corp. tax, make themselves a tax haven.

Get invaded by Denmark innit. :D

All the best bits are owned by the Crown and the Church anyway. They can have the rest and no more money. Fucked. [emoji38]

Do a Mugabe but more people based and take all the land off those two and that duke that owns the rest.

Meanwhile Don't Know is leaving Corbyn trailing in its wake in the race to lead the country.

I'd vote for a nebulous grey space ahead of either of the other options, tbf.
