JJ 0
20 years old. The Scots would vote for a turnip with a SNP rosette pinned on it. Mhairi Black is a hell of a candidate. You'll end up liking her. I guarantee it. SNP will need to be held to account. We've been sending a ludicrous amount of Labour MP's for decades now. Now it's an even more ludicrous amounts of SNP MP's. Well done to them on a ridiculous result, but it's not healthy. An excellent argument for proportional representation. Then we can stop this nonsense of getting one vote every five years and using it to vote for someone we don't want to make sure we don't get someone we hate. Dr Gloom 22185
Voters surrender to their inner bastard MILLIONS of voters have admitted they are bastards who just want money. Following a close-fought election campaign, the electorate decided the prospect of having money was better than the prospect of not having it. Tom Booker, from Southampton, said: “I like money. I like how it feels in my hands. Labour had some lovely things to say about society, but I don’t actually care about any of that because it’s not money. “I promise I will do nice things with some of the money. I’ll buy Ed Miliband’s autobiography even though I’m going to put it straight in the bin.” Emma Bradford, from Peterborough, said: “They say that politics is ultimately about the economy. And the reason they say that is because it’s fucking obvious.” Electoral analyst Carolyn Ryan said: “It seems that voters attuned to seeing through politicians’ lies looked in the mirror and could no longer believe in their own. “Socialism is great in theory, but in practice it’s a massive a ball-ache.” http://www.thedailymash.co.uk/politics/politics-headlines/voters-surrender-to-their-inner-bastard-2015050898124

Your going to now get full tax and spend control so the SNP will have to make the tough decisions and be fully responsible for their actions. They will no longer be able to blame Westminster. It will be good for Scottish politics and good for English / Scottish relations.

Kevin Carr's Gloves 3982
no big surprise. no obvious successor either is there? step forward bridget! Labour will not learn and will put Ed Balls wife in charge. Totally ensuring a link to the Blair/Brown past and totally ignoring what the electorate are saying. The tories and their press will leap on this and hammer them about Ed Balls controlling from the wings.

Howmanheyman 33916
Thoroughly depressing getting up to see how it's panned out. They can slap each other on the backs in Fleet Street, they can unlock the cupboard and let Duncan-Smith out now the election is over and the vulnerable can look forward to the shit coming their way thanks to the blinkered/selfish attitudes/thick spoon-fed wankers who have let these cunts back in. Worried personally as well as mine is a single income family as the Wife is on DLA and can't work. With a reduced or removed DLA and working tax credits reduced or removed things are going to worse off from my own POV but I'm sure there'll be a nice bit of spin about being a tenner or so better off in income tax or some other shite whilst other benefits are slashed. I sometimes despair of this country, horrible, horrible bastards abound.
The Fish 10972
Aye it's fucking awful like. Murdoch won the election more than Cameron though. Combination of people choosing to be bummed by their own government, Murdoch's self interest dictating the rhetoric and Labour monumentally fucking up Scotland and not directing the national discussion.
