a good analysis of yesterday's events. troubling times - appalling lack of contrition from LK - at least peston didn't seem reluctant to admit he got it wrong.

this should not be happening from either of the main two broadcasters' most senior journalists.

BBC back on script I see. Ashworth’s comments a bigger story than the PM being a proven liar over post-Brexit customs arrangements for NI. Dominic Cummings orchestrating fake news not even a story

I'm just hoping at this point that trust in the BBC has become so low that it doesn't stick.

I think people know what they have to go out and do, can't imagine anyone is undecided now. That kid in Leeds hospital was a bigger blow than Ashworth despite the BBCs efforts.

I still doubt it'll be enough but I'll draw some slender comfort if the majority at least chooses the none evil parties, even if they can't stop them in our system.

I guess it depends where it's concentrated. I think the Best For Britain model assumes 30% but that won't necessarily be required in all seats - some seats if you play around with their tool, the tactical voting scenario will give a comfortable win.

So if 19% nationally means 30% where it matters and nothing where it doesn't, then it's probably fine.

I think that’s a big part of the BBC’s problem. They’ve never had to deal with a government so comfortable with lying at will and have tended to be deferential in an attempt to appear impartial.

And then you have utter bollocks like the headline above and LK’s rubbish.
