Gemmill 44556
Apparently a bunch of the voter registrations in 2015 and 2017 were just people that were already on the electoral register but weren't sure. It would be just like the fucking millenials to give us all false hope when it turns out they were just too fucking flakey to remember whether they were registered. EDIT sometimes I forget the ages on here. I'm sure some of it will be that but the positive here is that the EU elections were not long ago. That should have confirmed to many people if they were registered or not. Edited November 27, 2019 by Rayvin

I haven't read it so I'm only going off what I saw on Politics Live.

I think it's the obvious willingness to give them everything they want that's telling for me - looks more like a terms of surrender document than a give and take negotiation. I think this is a big deal, hence the Tories now blindly panicking trying to obfuscate even more than usual. The HYS in the been story suggests it's working. ewerk 30393
I'm not suggesting it isn't signifcant and it may well be the thin end of the wedge but it'll be interesting to see if the Tories can spin it and how it'll play with the electorate. I think most of us on here already knew what was up for sale with the US trade deal. Edited November 27, 2019 by ewerk
Renton 21429
Which is what bothers me about Truss's response. This is proof it's NOT a conspiracy theory. Corbyn has to make political capital here. It would be a game winner in anybody else's hands.

Gemmill 44556
Aye. They've identified 57 seats that would need fewer than 4,000 tactical votes to go the other way, depriving Johnson of a majority. That doesn't sound impossible tbf.
