I don't agree. The polls will be out the window if the people understand that this is about Brexit. It will be like a second referendum....Labour will pick up all the Remoaners which will crack the Tory marginals.

have you seen the polls lately?

corbyn isn't smart enough to campaign on an anti-brexit platform anyway.

Corbyn has the right policies in a time where no one gives a fuck. It's unfortunate. Even if he stood down now there isn't enough time for Labour to get its shit together by the election, so we're going to have to hope for the best.

Haddaway and shite, man. Although I agree it'll be like a second referendum.

Thats the problem.

Brexit was too a simple vote for the 'normal people' This will appear too complex for them and therefore only those interested will vote as per normal.

Farron just said this is about a rethink on Brexit.

 What else is he going to say? I would absolutely love you to be right though. But I just don't see it. Corbyn will stick with his will of the people spiel

Yes but that actually breaks in our favour. Stupid people voted for Brexit, and will, hopefully, stay the fuck home for this one.

It'll be about the TT football thread titles.

Come on, Parky.  We both know it's about the NWO not wanting Britain out of Europe and telling May to fall on her sword to reverse the decision.

She understood that the SNP, Labour, Lib Dem pact was going to make Hard Brexit difficult. There is also a case to be made that the Tory wets also didn't want a Hard Brexit.

I think this remains likely - she must think she can get a bigger majority here. Do we need Labour to clean up though? What if Labour seats go to the Lib Dems? Surely that's just as good from our point of view. We don't need Labour to win outright, we just need them to lose to the right parties.

Assuming we can bring together some manner of consensus once it's all over.

Corbyn

I welcome the prime minister’s decision to give the British people the chance to vote for a government that will put the interests of the majority first.

Labour will be offering the country an effective alternative to a government that has failed to rebuild the economy, delivered falling living standards and damaging cuts to our schools and NHS.

In the last couple of weeks, Labour has set out policies that offer a clear and credible choice for the country. We look forward to showing how Labour will stand up for the people of Britain.

No brexit mention

He was about to until I used being and been consecutively in the same sentence. He's gone for a lie down.
