Rayvin 5220
We stand no chance here unless Labour can sort out its message on Brexit to marry up with the Lib Dems and the SNP. Maybe we can get a majority that way... the SNP wouldn't even need to be actively involved, they could just sit on the sidelines and be trusted to vote the right way. I don't think the fuckers can rely on the same turnout as last time, and at least UKIP is in disarray. But still, not looking good. EDIT - plus Corbyn would probably have to come out and say he wouldn't be the PM. Edited April 18, 2017 by Rayvin
Park Life 71
If Labour put cancelling Brexit in the manifesto the election would be very close. Pick up votes right across the board especially Scotland.

Rayvin 5220
Any chance she could use this to U-turn on the direction we're heading? As in, the Tories could maybe come forward and say that actually, the direction they want us to head in is a lot softer than has previously been suggested..? Rayvin 5220
Do you think the Tories will go back to portraying Labour as requiring the SNP to make a government, and that this will in turn ensure that the 'will of the motherfucking people' will be undone? i.e. the fear mongering that won them the last GE? Andrew 4748
Now, this requires a 2/3 parliamentary vote to actually happen.Would it be prudent for Labour to oppose it right now? They can't fucking win it so they could at least try to make sure no one else will.
Park Life 71
Huge tactical blunder by Tories. If the left come out with one voice about resisting Brexit Tories will be in trouble. Polls suggest that a third of the Brexiters are now unhappy about how they voted.

Park Life 71
it's a smart political move. labour have never been weaker. I don't agree. The polls will be out the window if the people understand that this is about Brexit. It will be like a second referendum....Labour will pick up all the Remoaners which will crack the Tory marginals. Labour starting to say they will resist a bad deal is why this has happened. Edited April 18, 2017 by Park Life
