Meenzer 15742
Scrap that, can't be faffed with Corbynista logic. This is why I prefer local politics, I can deal with dogshit and potholes.

Christmas Tree 4858
I already knew labour were in a grim place but that was like watching a few decades old version of QT. Corbyn is pure waffle and Smith is weak as piss.
ewerk 31235
Corbyn actually came across better than I expected. Not regards substance but certainly with style. Owen Smith performed well but obviously he's afraid to disagree with too much that Corbyn is saying. And when you have two opponents who refuse to disagree on much then it doesn't make for entertaining viewing.
Rayvin 5329
Is there any indication whatsoever that Smith might win? This all feels very futile from his point of view.

catmag 337
It's only just went to degree level. Virtually every NHS nurse doesn't have / need a degree. To work as a nurse, you need a degree in nursing and you must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). You won’t usually pay university fees, as most nurses' education is funded by the NHS. You’ll also need to choose which of the four nursing specialisms (adult, children, mental health, or learning disability) you’d like to study. Nursing requires a high level of technical competence and clinical decision-making skills. To develop these, you'll spend half of your nursing degree on supervised placements in local hospital and community settings. https://www.rcn.org.uk/professional-development/become-a-nurse It has been mandatory for any newly-registered nurse to have a degree since 2013, and those who previously held the RN Dip(HE) had/have to undertake further study to obtain one. It was announced in 2009 that this would be the case. We don't carry lanterns and mop brows these days, nor is seen by anyone with half a brain as an option for those who aren't that academic. Your statement above shows a breathtaking amount of ignorance.
Gemmill 46162
CT: HOUSED. [emoji38] This is the level of stupidity this bloke offers up on every topic he discusses. He breezes through life, utterly unburdened by intelligence.
ChezGiven 0
What a tit. Do you still hand out bed baths Cath? I was in hospital (Newcastle general) for a week when i was 14 and had this nurse who i basically fell in love with. I was on loads of legal smack at the time, so my judgement could have been out. Never forgotten her though.
catmag 337
Yes, bed baths are still a thing, mainly carried out by health care assistants as the nurses are generally doing hard sums trying to work out how much of a drug might kill their patient instead of making them better. I don't do many bed baths in theatre tbh. Unless you shit yourself under anaesthetic Oh, and just to educate CT a little further: In order to re-register as a nurse (which until April just gone we had to do every year, it's now every 3yrs) you have to provide evidence that you have undertaken a mandatory amount of study in order to fulfill your CPD requirements. It can be in-house courses or post-graduate modules at Uni. I currently have post-grad modules in Anaesthetics, Post-Op Recovery, Law & Ethics, Mentorship & Education and Clinical Research. However I'm also really good at smiling nicely, patting your hand and trotting around with a little nursey dress on and a frilly hat, but only on my nights off
Kevin Carr's Gloves 3995
Nurses are evil, I understand why as they spend their entire working lives surrounded by moaning whingeing pricks. I can only imagine how stressful it must be to be nice to a person complaining about the pain, when really you want to have them put down for shoving a toy dinosaur up their own arse. I have only two words in reply to this post, based on a 10-hr operation we did only a couple of months ago and concluded in a transfer to intensive care. Jam jar. Rayvin 5329
I think found it on Encyclopedia Dramatica. Which is a site no one should visit, ever (and certainly not at work). It was a gif though, so I didn't even have the option to 'not view'. 'What is seen cannot be unseen' was, I'm certain, thought up for that gif.
