A Labour donor is to launch a legal challenge to Corbyn appearing on the ballot. Wants to make sure the £400k he's donated to the party since 2010 is giving him the results he desires.

Erm, no. What do you think will happen to the 55 to 60 cohort? If anything, I thought the older demographic was forecast to increase proportionately? This will be more so with Brexit.

HF, do you have any formal training in statistics? I love the effort you put into it, mainly on the footy board, but think your interpretation and analysis of stats is a bit suspect. ;)

Pure maths and stats degree.

Freely admit I've forgotten 90% of it but I can still tell the difference between growth and exponential growth ;)

Different world indeed. It's much more right wing nowadays and, for want of a better word, the working class no longer have brand loyalty to labour. Not to mention the internal divisions are much more severe now. It amazes me people think that the labour party as bit stands now has any chance at all. The only hope is for a radical shake up of the opposition.

But I'm looking at polling and by election results that say different. you're giving your opinion/fears. Which you're entitled to.

I'm not saying labour won't lose and that I don't lament the division. I don't believe it's a slam dunk that Eagle (or even Jones) improve Labour viability drastically.

Has anyone got a link for Owen wanting to privatise the nhs? Also didn't he say he would have opposed to Iraq war? If we're going to guillotine pharmaceutical lobbyists (why?) can't we start with our own French man?

This is the one being shared...

"He didn't know whether he would have voted against the war, as the previous MP Llew Smith did."

But that was 3 years after. He definitely would have at the time

This on the NHS..

Bit of a hatchet job without much justification that last link there HF. Man works for Pfizer promotes Pfizer's interest shock.

Ironically pharmaceuticals are one our strongest exports and will be most negatively impacted by Brexit.

At least Owen Smith doesn't believe in magical healing water btw.

Because there's not much profit for his boys in it ;)

Corbyn's argument for Homeopathy is embarrassing...

Aye, owt organic is going to make you better, now drink up some piss and eat your shit.

But surveys suggest 97% of GPs have prescribed placebos though. Three quarters, do so weekly.

There is a difference between prescribing something you know doesn't work because you know it won't work and prescribing something you know doesn't work in the hope that it will work.

EDIT: Are all conventional meds made of Organic materials?
