ewerk 33655 Posted March 20, 2014 Share Posted March 20, 2014 (edited) It did change, the first time it happened (when Liverpool won it) all five got in, then the rules changed so when Chelsea won it they got back in and Spurs, who finished fourth were demoted to the EL.
