aimaad22 4156
Did you only watch the second half or something? Thought we were decent in the first half, without worrying their keeper too much. Certainly saw little in the first half worthy of the ire in your post. Second half we were poor, subs weren't great, but we were a team with nothing to play for against a team with everything to play for and it showed. Yeah first half was decent. There's just no attacking plan or movement up front. No coordination. Seems to be all hit and hope. We were decent moving it about from defence to midfield but it's just mostly sideways from there on. I think Arsenal were quite poor today. They've been playing superbly recently but we're there for the taking today. Shame we weren't bothered.
Monroe Transfer 0
For fucks sake. To be fair I think most of us thought we might get hammered.

Tooj 17
Cabaye couldn't have looked less interested today. It's a travesty how underused Anita has been too. Our best player 2nd half This squad needs massive changes now. The squad doesn't need massive changes, the clueless bastard managing them does needs to fuck off and things would massively improve. Unfortunately it does seem that way. As it seems he has been giving the next season at least, I still hope he can turn us into a top 8 team but its just very unlikely. Chronic the Drug Wasp 6
Agree there Tooj - when I think of what our problems are, the players dont really factor. Cunt of an owner, cunt of a chairman, cunt of a manager, and tolerance of it all from the seats.

They're writing a strongly worded dossier on Newcastle Online, so that's good Look on the bright side, if we carry on like this, Pardew will be sacked by the end of October.....but who does the fatman see as a replacement?....doesn't bear thinking about... aimaad22 4156
All these successful managers unemployed these days. Okay I know we had next to nothing chance of getting any of them with Ashley in charge, but a heart can hope.
Christmas Tree 4725
Just more dire shite. Getting pissed off with Ben Arfa as well. Doesn't seem to have any vision to pick team mates out and therefore spends most of his forays running into brick walls. Only a new manager can prevent similar football next season. Provided a couple of cracking passes in the first half. Our movement up top is just so non existent I dont blame him for trying to bundle past the opposition himself. Yes there were a couple of frustrating moments today with him but that will always be a by product with a player like him.

If they tie Ashley up and papercut him with the dossier like the lad in Swimming With Sharks we might get somewhere. I honestly think that if Ashley was our owner 25 years ago someone would've gotten ahowld of the cunt.

PaddockLad 17279
lol fuck me what an utter load of bollocks out of all that you decide to have a go at HBA who at times had 3 men on him, beat them and then looked around to see no fucker in space or breaking for support, it must've happened 3-4 times at least were he went past a combo of two arsenal players and ended up having to switch play or go backwards because no one else was bothering their balls to get into the space he'd made by taking them out of the game Ben Arfa lacks vision ......... fucking hell In the first half, I kept on waiting for top quality international rightback Mathieu Debuchy to do his job and help the fucker out....he'd gone awol....even if he was playing as instructed, it was the last game of the season, why not throw caution to the wind?... He'll be out in town tonight, not a bother on him, having seen us lose the last 3 home games of the season, 2 of them fuckin disgracefully... Ausman 0
Thought first half was pretty good from us. Subs again was baffling, why take off Gouffran? I fear new Manager is what we need to inject some life into these guys, Cabaye looks so disinterested and Tiote needs to get back to the basics, passing was woeful again. Well I actually wanted us to go out on a winning note. Yes Arsenal didn't really turn up did they? Just enough just to stay in a Champions League place. Business done I suppose. StevenL 0
We've beat Chelsea and Tottenham at home, so it wasn't impossible. 10 goals conceded in the last 3 games at home. Ironic our away results kept us up.
