Applied for Benfica away ticket on line

 

Got confirmation subject to submitting travel details which I done for two of us.

 

Today still no tickets from the club.

 

Rings them and told they will be issued on the plane

 

Asks her are you sure cos travel only tickets aquired elsewhere.

 

She checks nope they have been sent out.

 

I again tell her I have not got them and have to be at airport in morning.

 

She then tells me they were sent out to a Mr T ********************

 

Who is that I ask?

 

He is you trip leader

 

but who is he? I have never heard of him

 

She says I have only your word for that.

 

Gets heated now and she tells me to calm down

 

 

So I slowly clarify, I appled for a ticket on my Memb. No, I paid on my credit card, I put my name and adress as billing and delivery address but you sent it elsewhere, so where is the ticket I paid for?

 

I then ask for the address of this person and she tells me she cannot tell me for data protection, yet she sent my fucking details and ticket to him.

 

I then ask her what she is going to do about it all I get is I will ring you back.

 

Since this i have track the person down to someone who travelled with us to Wigan 2 years ago.

 

He has my ticket and is bringing it over to me (good lad) do not know him and him me.

 

The above is a crock of shit but she would not listen as I pointed out the biggest mockery;

 

I filled in travel details, passport no etc so they could veirfy Im not a naughty boy then sent it to a complete unknown good control.
