Sifting through the dregs, hoping to god someone offers to buy Cabaye for £25mil so we don't have to touch the £60mil TV money. Complete amateur behaviour. Arsenal have one free transfer in and ten out. Man U only Varela in. If you look at Norwich, Soton, Swansea, Villa, Palace, mackems etc than that level of club seems to have shifted plenty out and brought plenty in though. The teams you mentioned first were all challenging for Europe suggesting their squads were good to start with. We were one game off relegation. Dr Gloom 21302 Posted July 15, 2013 Share Posted July 15, 2013 it would be nice, for once, if all of our signings had been made with a few weeks to spare before the start of the season, so we go into the new campaign with an idea of what our best eleven is and have time to practice different formations, set piece routines etc etc. the fact the window is open until after the season starts is silly enough, but not as sillty as those clubs that wait until the last minute to do all of their business.
