We end up having to play against 11 men instead of 10, with a team shaken after seeing their teammate stretchered, bleeding from the field. So they've admitted the linesman has seen it but technically hasn't seen the full extent (therefore cannot make an accurate judgment at that time) but still no action can be taken. Absolute joke.
