Aye, I noticed the radio advert specifically highlighted the ‘opportunities’ for holidaymakers. The brass neck on the cunts.

Opportunity to boost the local economy if you need medical assistance

I think a huge portion of the country don't care about politics at all and won't even link the two together.

I suppose the ‘good’ thing is they’re less likely to vote.

I've only seen the shock and awe advert on TV once. Absolute vacuous bollocks as usual. You have to laugh when you realise you're paying for it from your taxes, 93 million iirc.  Thing is, as alluded to in sponge pants article, there will be real direct consequences for the normal people which are going to be visible. EHIC gone, for instance, but so many other examples. So far the Brexiters haven't had to face the reality. What will happen when they do?

They’ll shit their pants and demand some other fucker cleans it up.

On a more serious  note, I mean, wtf? The automobile industry is literally worth billions. Last year we exported £120,000 worth of blue cheese to Japan. The cost of a small house in  county Durham.  Yet the talks are floundering over this?

There’s nothing to worry about. Johnson has promised to kickstart the economy without providing any details as to what that will involve.

Reasonable worst case scenario for the end of the year, according to the government:

- Army on the streets

- Food drops by the airforce

- Navy intervening in turf wars between fishermen

- Widespread disease rampant through livestock

- Riots

I think we might be in trouble if even Johnson's government is now fully considering things like the above. In part because it'll almost certainly be worse than their "reasonable" worst case, and in part because if this is the worst case, even if they've identified what they need to do months in advance, they're too incompetent to handle the 'on the fly' aspects of managing the situation anyway. As they've proven time and time again.

Fuck me brexiteers are pig headed cunts.

I’ve literally had conversations with people who said all of those things about our bargaining position with the EU.
