ewerk 30266
-Infrastructure - Health -Education -Broadband.  The result has been that the roads are still shite, the health system remains fucked, education is still desperately underfunded but I can watch Pornhub in 4K so it's not all bad.

I work in medical devices and the negative effect is really tangible. Just getting a product to market is fucked up now because we are losing our ability to CE mark. It's not an exaggeration to say the Uk ha led the world in medical science, punching miles above its weight for decades. That looks set to end. This is the thing about the impact reports and the "see, the economy hasn't crashed yet!" sneering and all - the problem has never really been the short-term impact, it's always been about the long-term managed decline that we're voluntarily entering into. Quite aside from anything else, it's so desperately unambitious.

Renton 21311
How mad is this, hoping the DUP will stick to their normally intransigent form?  What would everybody ratherchave, the cliff edge followed by fuck knows, or the certainty of slow decline and worsening rights this deal entails? I'd take the gamble on the former tbh. Five years of Johnson is fucking horrific.
