Look at the March to Leave, look at the numbers attending their rally last weekend, look at the chart posted earlier. The vast majority will soon forget about Brexit.

i wish i shared your confidence. i can see prime minister Hunt bringing MV43 to the commons in 2032

At this point, everyone. We need a soft Brexit.

I agree with you that we won't see widespread unrest even if we revoke, but the damage it will do will be significant nonetheless. People are already disillusioned as fuck.

So you think that after no deal and among the ensuing calamity and chaos is the time for US to compromise? Not to point out to the thick fuckers that they were in fact wrong all along and it's time for them to go back in their boxes?

I disagree, if Theresa May were to say 'fuck this, I'm revoking then I'm out of here' then no future PM would want to bring back Brexit. They've seen how it completely derails absolutely everything and paralyses government. Any future leader would be well rid.

Well I meant now, before No Deal. After it, if it comes to pass, sure, let's burn the fuckers with it.

if A50 is revoked, expect the narrative in every general election from now until the end of time, or until the issue is finally put to bed, to hinge on the "will of the people". the brexiteers will be fucking fuming, the elite will be portrayed to have denied democracy. and it's all anyone will every talk about until the end of days, which probably isn't that far away anyway tbf.

It won't though, Labour won't want to touch it as an issue, neither will the Lib Dems. The only worry is that whoever replaces May pledges during the leadership campaign to trigger it again.

And the only counter to this will be an alliance of the left and the centre. As fucking usual.

The left better get good terms this time.

they might not want to touch it but i doubt they'll be able to hide from it. it'll be all over certain sections of the media, farage and co aren't going anywhere. a large chunk of the electorate want this, lets not forget, and "let's tell them again" is a powerful election campaign slogan.

i'd love to just wish this all away and pretend it never happened too but i'm afraid we're stuck with it. norway plus provided the safest exit strategy and the self-serving cunts have missed an open goal.

The man is just unbelievably thick. Leading the world.

I was just talking to someone last week about how it's now 74 years since ww2 finished so anyone claiming first hand experience of it would have to be 85 plus.

The cunts coming out with this line of imperialist bullshit are all my age and a bit older who grew up in the 70s/80s - it's complete fucking shit based on nonsense.

Mark Francois was in the TA. He can eat things that would make a billy goat puke. He's a little fat sweaty war machine.

So we’re extending again and May is going to work with Corbyn. The question is whether Corbyn will push a PV?

Well no. That's not really in our hands now unless there is a proper plan going forward. May is still gaming, although at least she has irretrievably fucked off the DUP and ERG, which is a positive.

I'd like to see Corbyn force a confirmatory referendum on her shit deal, but against what? Labour unicorns aren't going to fly.
