Chequers isnt getting accepted by the EU so yeah, remain or no deal (and no transition )would be the only possible options. Given the government's own impact papers and notices (stockpiling etc), surely remain would walk it? How many CT gammons are there? Another referendum is democratic. Do you seriously think most people voted for no deal? According to the poll god, John Curtice, there has been no significant change in EU voting intentions.
