Monkeys Fist 42392
I'll try and make it to the trent, I've made other arrangements though so I'll see. I've always wanted to be in the TP you see. Keep your eyes peeled for me, big lad who looks bewildered as he struggles to remember why he's there. Tooj 17
I propose meeting for a couple in The Trent straight after the game (I know it's shit now but it's handy) then getting the fuck out of dodge / catching the yellow bus down to the Ouseburn. Any objections? Sounds like a plan my man.
catmag 337
Sounds good to me. The lads from work are pub crawling around Ouseburn that afternoon so I might get to kill two birds with one stone.
JawD 99
Might see later in the week if I can get across. The bairns swimming has finished for the year so might be able to sneak out.
Renton 21597
Can't make after the game unfortunately, the Ouseburn plan sounds canny as well. Maybe Easter then?
Alex 35073
I don't normally plan that far ahead like mate, what with my less than full social calendar. I'll keep it in mind though. And I think we could grab some food at the Tyne if people are hungry. Does the Trent still do toasties?

The Fish 10855
Might be at Ouseburn, but I doubt I'll be at the Trent in time because I don't think my train gets in early enough.
sweetleftpeg 0
I'll have to rain check this then if you're heading off to the Ouseburn after as I can't get to the Trent beforehand and need to stay in town after.

Nah, we're going to be in the Trent for a couple afterwards, just not hanging around there for too long.
Matt 0
Can't really do the late afternoon / evening, so will give it a miss. Hoping to get up for the Reading game in January so maybe see a few of you then.
catmag 337
I think I've got man-flu but will endeavour to be there. 2hrs left at work, then need to go food shopping, then will try to sleep it off.

Howmanheyman 33155
Did Bodega, also popped into the trent post match. Bumped into paddocklad for the first time in a couple of years. A grown up with great patter, all my best wishes to his old man btw.
Monkeys Fist 42392
I used to drink in there with MonkeysFist & many other well over a decade ago i'm just back in the house now; did bodega & that is all Remember that time we played Arsenal, and the wife swapper came up to have his lass done by Phil ( I think his name was?) We beat them , and after the match the lad was clearly feeling a bit hard done to ( after all, the two things he cared about most had either just been, or were about to be, properly fucked by Geordies). He decided his best approach was to loudly slag off everything about Newcastle - club, city, people. Our response was disgustingly evil in its simplicity. We sent the daft twat to the Adelphi whilst we all took his lass of on a tour of the better bars of Newcastle before she dropped 'em for Phil (?). Happy days
