Eye witness Iris Ball said' I couldn't believe the police could mistake a white stick for a samaur eye sword, they just swooped upon the poor man and he didn't see it coming.' Police have issued an apology and told the news that it was two rookie P sees who were wet behind the tears and believed the man was armed so the pair of them acted fast and squinted to the scene which was all they were focused on.
