Christmas Tree 4729
Usually I have no problem downloading stuff fast. Currently I am downloading at rediculously slow speeds (9.0 kB/s) using views. Any ideas why this could have changed all of a sudden. Assume Im not a total idiot with this sort of thing. I have run a speedtest which shows about 9mbs

Monroe Transfer 0
Your ISP has throttled your connection because you've exceeded your usage limit. Not sure I want to know what you've been downloading.

Monroe Transfer 0
Never happened before. Do O2 engage in such practises? Possibly but in all seriousness you'd need to be using the internet a huge amount to have to worry about such things.
