These Ba comments have got me thinkin. :D

Will Debuchy come? Will one of the Demab's go?

Who or what would you like?

If we can get a forward pacey type AM/F I'd try and shift one of the Ba twins as this is never gonna get resolved and it seems they can't both be kept happy.

Someone to play behind a main striker and a right back/CD.

Shift Obertans.

What we need is exactly the same as the summer i.e. a full back and a centre back. After last night (combined with preseason) I'm not exactly convinced by either of our back up keepers. I don't think a striker is as vital as some others do as we don't necessarily have to play two out and out strikers if someone was to get injured.

Long term i think a new forward is a must but tbh see other areas needed before that. A new centre half for me like and a full back. Even with our full compliment of full backs it's one of our weaker positions.

I'd like us to sign a new centre half as well as a right back. Williamson we know can't play football and as demonstrated last night that can be really detrimental to our gameplan. Perch (despite what Sniffer spots) has actually done well when filling in their as he's quite calm and composed, he just isn't a full-back. Despite the over the top praise he's receiving at the moment Taylor still does not convince me as much as others.

Even though I haven't seen him play I'd like us to go back in for Douglas as by all accounts he can be quite physical but also can play a bit too.

Full-back is an obvious one, although maybe Pardew can convince Anita longer term he's better suited to playing at right-back.

Newcastle made tentative enquiries about the 23-year-old's availability last month, but were deterred by the French club's asking price and the likely cost of agent fees.

Magpies boss Alan Pardew remains interested and St James' Park officials are weighing up whether to make a bid for Yanga-Mbiwa when the winter transfer window opens, reports north-east newspaper The Journal.

Montpellier are apparently keen to sell in January rather than see the player walk away for nothing next summer, so a cut-price deal is a real possibility.

Newcastle have little cover at the back and are already facing the prospect of a defensive injury crisis, after Danny Simpson and Fabricio Coloccini picked up muscle strains in the early weeks of the campaign."

Would be ideal. CD and DM type.

Quite simple really.

If nobody is to leave then the same as we needed in the last window. RB and CB. Debuchy should be more likely as he will only have 6 months left on his deal.

Should Ba leave then bring in a young attacking player, either a winger or someone who can sit behind Cisse and play up on his own. If we bring in a winger then i'd like to see Ben Arfa in behind Cisse.

We should have got Adam Johnson instead of the fuckin mackems like.

Wildschut has impressed at Venlo since joining the club in the summer of 2011 from FC Zwolle.

The 20-year-old is a product of the famed Ajax academy and he is a regular in the Holland Under 21 side.

The left-sided winger has shown he has an eye for goal having scored seven goals in 29 appearances for Venlo.

The Magpies, the Cottagers and the Swans are all thought to be admirers of Wildschut and have watched the attacker in action.

Wildschut is thought to be keen on a move to the Premier League with Venlo valuing the player in the region of €3.5million.

Ba's new release clause conveniently materialises. Oh, how come we never knew it was there before? Liverpool are set to pounce. Righty-o. Seeya Demba.

Been linked to Gary Hooper, as have the scousers.

We won't sell anyone, but we have to buy. HAVE TO.

I think if we stick to 4231 and use Ba centrally in behind Cisse then we can wait for a striker. They will come good together. Jonas ans Ben Arfa out wide with Cabaye and Tiote in the middle.

We are crying out for defensive cover, like we were in the summer. So we still need a FB and a CB. Should we get what we need then i'd let Simpson go for a nominal fee rather than free at the end of the season.

Debuchy should be obtainable for 5mil in January and would still like us to bring him in regardless of his form, he doesnt want to be there.

Douglas im not so sure about, would imagine he'd want to be 1st choice alongside Colo. Thing is, there isnt much else available except from that young ditch kid Van Dijk.

If we could get a striker too that would really help us push on, especially now Vuckic is out for the season, we need another young lad to come in and push...Jordan Rhodes or Jay Rodriguez?

Says who?

And Blackburn and Southampton spent upwards of £5m (Rhodes was 8) on their respective aforementioned strikers, so they'll be going nowhere.

Fair enough about them two, still would be nice to get someone in of similar ilk.

As for Debuchy, he will only have 6 month left on his deal so id presume he would be available like.
