Le Fondre now the leading english scorer in the premiership. He's really growing into a terrific goal poacher - second goal was perfect technique. Fish - McDermott has really taken to his 4-5-1 formation and bringing Alf on late when defences are tired/more error prone. The fact the guy has really turned out to be a lethal finisher means that maybe he should be starting, but Pogrebnyak has been playing very well as a lone striker and Alf is scoring the game changing goals this way - no point changing a system that has been working so well.
