Not that I'm doubting that they're delicious, but once you put egg in a burger, it becomes a flat meatball (a meatflat?). Proper burgers should be no more than beef + seasoning. Box of mince (allow 1/4 lb per person) Teaspoon of salt Teaspoon of black pepper 1/2 tsp of vegetable oil Mix together, mould into burger shapes, flatten out and refrigerate.
