I made lamb koftas from scratch with the above a few days ago and they were bloody brilliant! 250g lamb mince 2 tbsp couscous (prepared and seasoned with a bit of lemon juice & paprika) good deal of chopped mint 1 egg smoked paprika salt & pepper handfull chopped dates 2 cloves garlic You could mould them into burger patties too - I got 8 man-sized koftas out of it so you'd get 4 - 5 burgers no trouble. They sound top notch, might use any left over lamb and give them a go. I'm going for 6 lamb and 6 beef from Jamie's website, a big bowl of salad and some crisps. Should be plenty for 10 of us.
