Ally 0
Pisses me off that the media / fans elsewhere mock us for having affection for Keegan and Shearer. Yet the Liverpool fans forced Hodgson out clambouring for a man who had not managed in 10 years+. They are fucking deluded and now they've all gone quiet. These Americans don't really seem too switched on so they'll probably appoint some muppet with a big reputation who will fail miserably (Jaques Santini at Spurs style)

PaddockLad 17660
Its conceivable that Pardew will be on their radar, but the only thing am pretty sure about when it comes to nufc is that he'll want to finish the job he started.

Christmas Tree 4831
Makes me laugh tbh that people still think there is much loyalty if any in the game. How many players can you think of that stayed with us and turned down big money moves elsewhere. Very few. Money talks.
PaddockLad 17660
why would Pardew leave NUFC for Liverpool more like it right on cue a tabloid newspaper puts 2 & 2 together and makes a complete non story into something that will fill a page... http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2145515/Kenny-Dalglish-sacked-Liverpool-admire-Newcastle-boss-Alan-Pardew.html

Kevin S. Assilleekunt 1
The grass isn't always greener. As Alex Ferguson put it, sometimes you look in a field and you see a cow and you think, "och aye, that's a fucking nice cow," but the reality is, it's the same cow you've been fucking for the past 5 years, just in a different field. So stay in the field you were already in.
Christmas Tree 4831
Pardew is the manager, not a player. Hope that helps Same principle though. He's spent a good amount of time on the dole and was last reported to be on about 500k a year. If another club come along and offer 2-3 million a year do you really think he's going to turn it down out of principle or loyalty so that he can "finish" a job. Kenny will always be number one But it's time to move on again and to the clubs future Gerrard player manager with Carragher coach. We dont need anymore Roys at the club If not Gerrard then Benitez back

Yeah mate he was on the dole before he was a footballer which is 30 fuckin years ago We'll see. He's the least likely to be bought off out of anyone at the club though iyam. luckyluke 2
What's their fans obsession with getting Benitez back? Won them the CL I guess? Success in the modern game, whereas Dalglish for all their love for him, has looked out of touch considering he last managed a decade ago? Funny thing is I bet if you'd looked at the time around Benitez was on his way out you'll have found plenty of dippers pining for Kenny - I wonder if they'd have been the same ones! No way would a club come around quadrupling his wages, and if they tried I imagine Ashley would just up his contract here a bit.
