Has been the best we've had in years, home and away. Superb.

Today underlined this fact with the manner in which we took defeat and appreciated how good our season has been regardless of the result.

*Tips hat.

goes to how that it's a two way thing. it's difficult to support a bunch of heartless cowards. they won't always be backed to the hilt at home when they play like recent sides managed by allardyce and souness. but the lads this season have always played with commitment and spirit and have earned the support they're getting.

Really looking forward to European away days, especially when you're traveling to see the likes of Ben Arfa or Cisse, rather than LuaLua or Carl Cort.

Putting aside the lap of appreciation which was very good, I thought the match support wasn't great yesterday.

Canny in patches but we didn't make it intimidating IMO

Eh? Some of those boos at the end of the first half were fantastic.

Well it was better than any other home game this season, bar Liverpool IMO

The support has been wank this season, the players have performed better than the crowd. That fat bastards L7 policy, has fucked it beyond repair. You can see The Corner of the Gallowgate singing from the leazes, but you can hardly hear them. Even the Sunderland game this year was half as good as normal.

I thought the Sunderland game was a shite atmosphere compared to previous derby matches, and the only to decent atmospheres were City and Liverpool. We desperately need a singing section, preferably even closer to the pitch than level 7, because there aren't enough spaces for the singers in the Strawberry because of the season ticket holders that have been there for years, and the new Level 7 corner is a shadow of it's former self no matter how hard the 'young persons area' try.

Off the beaten track a wee bit. I have to smile when the commentators and others, talk of full house and 52.000 screaming Geordies. I guess they overlook subtracting the visiting supporters in the head count.
