Park Life 71
Took Swiss to a world ranking of No.3 and had them playing decent well organised football. Something that is possible with Eng if the troublemakers can be brought into line (yes I'm looking at you Terry). It's a competition literally anyone can win as shown by Greece and Denmark. As usual we'll have to beat one of Sweden or Ukraine to make sure we qualify. Draw with France. Final tournament - Group stage Group D Teams P Pts 0 Ukraine 0 0 0 Sweden 0 0 0 France 0 0 0 England 0 0 Edited May 2, 2012 by Park Life

Holden McGroin 6452
Ive always thought he was a good manager. He was desperately unlucky at Blackburn. He got them into Europe then had a crippling injury list the next season. As Parky said, he was excellent at Switzerland & is well regarded at Inter. Did well at Fulham and WBA. Seems like he had some resistance at Liverpool with the star players but Dogleash is proving that it wasnt all his fault
Brock Manson 0
We'll draw with Ukraine and lose to the other two.

Most fans did give him a chance, but after a few months of Shite tactics and playing for draws, and always with the excuses - they got fed up. I can see both sides of the arguement. Holden McGroin 6452
He does always seem to have played the majority of his career using a rigid 4-4-2. Could work. Probably wont !
ChezGiven 0
The thing about Hodgson at Liverpool is that even with massive investment on top of what he had, they are still fairly shite. Says a lot about the quality they had before (as much about the quality they brought in too of course).
Holden McGroin 6452
Saw an interesting tweet to a journo recently about Pool fans moaning about Hodgson buying Poulsen and Konchesky. That was countered with rather he'd rather they spend buttons on them, than £55m on Carroll and Downing.
Andrew 4713
Well get out of the group in second, France will win all 3 of theirs Who would we likely play then? Is it a case of second from d plays first from c ?

Andrew 4713
New coach this time round (who doesn't pick players based on starsigns) and a collection of really good players at their disposal Kind of like us in a way except we've had a non mad coach before and done fuck all and France have proven they're capable of winning stuff (relatively) recently Their front 4 is potentially on A complete other level to ours too Ben arfa nasri(or remy) ribery Benzema We can't match that
Lake Bells tits 1
This years france squad is a new generation of fotballers, you cant really compare it to the south africa team - that team was in shambles. England will get twatted imo, and good riddance I say. Bunch of granny-shaggers on 180.000 £ a week Edited May 2, 2012 by Lake Bells tits

Win the group and it'll be one of Italy, Croatia or Ireland.

Brock Manson 0
Can't wait to see Ben Arfa if he plays against England. Honestly couldn't care less about how we do until we start playing the next generation of England players. This current lot simply don't deserve to be misrepresenting our country. Holden McGroin 6452
I hope Woy gets rid of the billy big balls and gets a work team ethic going - then relying on a wonder tournament from Rooney (if we get through). Thats our only hope of progressing. A semi-final place would be an over achievement.
Meenzer 15347
I've actually found myself wanting England to do well since Woy was appointed. I'm sure that sentiment will disappear as soon as I see them lining up on the pitch though.

For me the only really dangerous team is Germany everyone else is beatable.
