Tom 14011
They've recently won two finals & lost one. Â Safe to say they care about it.
Lake Bells tits 1
The carling cup game? I barely remember it but it was a reserve team showdown was it not? the 3-4 game. Few top teams give a fuck, it was liverpool vs Cardiff in the final ffs Edited May 2, 2012 by Lake Bells tits

Lake Bells tits 1
Well, at least Hatem Ben Arfa vs Ashley Cole should be interesting. Â A.Cole, basically the father of the expression " For every gorgeous girl, there is a guy out there who is tired of banging her"

Few top teams give a fuck, it was liverpool vs Cardiff in the final ffs  Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester United x 3 , Chelsea & Tottenham are the last 6 or 7 finalists.  What's the difference between these teams and Newcastle? Lake Bells tits 1
The fact that they usually get far doesnt mean they actually care, just coasting through. Barely worth a mention when top teams exit the mickey mouse cup, says it all tbh.
NYD 0
Chelsea will have one eye on the two cup finals, and that will work in our favour tonight. Players wont risk injury tonight, no matter what they say. Ask any Chelsea player or fan, what would they rather have 4th place or winning the thing ? Mags to sneak a draw.
Tom 14011
Of course it's worth a mention - like when Palace knocked out Man United this year. There was a fuss.

Lake Bells tits 1
I fancy the league more. Its more telling in terms of squad quality. Any mug team can have a good run. Talk to a level-headed liverpoolfan and they will admit cups pale compared to a good league position.
Happy Face 29
Â When clubs start listing stuff like "2002 - 6th" among their domestic honours, I might value it above actually winning something.

BigWalrus 0
Colo has canny pace tbf. Williamson is 1/4 snail though  Coloccini doesn't really have any pace - that's why he plays a sweeper role. He's a class defender, but if he's starting from the half way line, most strikers in the PL will beat him in a sprint.
Brock Manson 0
you cant just make things up and expect people to be ok with it LBT Â Especially since the cross section of Liverpool fans from the Gone Fishing seemed to say that whilst League Position is important, so too is winning trophies. TicTacWoe 0
I'd be delighted to win the league cup even though it obviously is micky mouse by comparison to the other competitions available. That said if we were offered the choice of a shite season finishing 15th but winning the League cup or the trophyless season we've just had I'd pick the latter. Happy Face 29
Cannot believe the outlook of some people. Sky really have done a number on some people convincing them mid-table struggles are to be valued above cup winning seasons.

I can look back on quite a few brilliant games over the last couple of seasons. Liverpool fans can't do that at all. They've stumbled through to the final and won on penalties against a Championship side.

He is very fast off the first 10-15 yards and thats enough in 95% of all cases. You rarely have 50 yard dashes with Theo Walcott on the other side.
