Lake Bells tits 1
What I think is similar about them even though Messi is obviously way more consistent, is the fact that they both have GREAT end product. What sets them apart from similar attacking midfielders/fake 9`s. Ben Arfa just needs a full season with an arm around his shoulder though. To me, Ben arfa is a 15 goal/20 assists player if he gets a full season for us. He is that good. Unfortunately should this happen people will be throwing money at us, City would probably offer 30 mill at which point he would be off.

aimaad22 4222
Aye, nobody just seems to 'dribble' any more. Even with the likes of Ronaldo, its mostly just hitting the ball ahead and using your pace to get there first. With HBA its pure ability to get past people, half the time it seems like you are watching him in slow motion. Not many players like that left these days. Tooj 17
Joseph Barton @Joey7Barton Marseille won again as well. Allez les Marseillais. Maybe I'll see you all this week? Joseph Barton @Joey7Barton I am hopefully that things will be sorted out soon. Other clubs are in but I only want to play in Marseille. This is the place for me... Joseph Barton @Joey7Barton Hopefully, QPR and Marseille can finalise the deal in the next few days. My heart is already in the Vélodrome... Joseph Barton @Joey7Barton Not gonna cry about it. Maybe it's just time to move on. I enjoyed parts of last season and believe I am more than capable of playing this Joseph Barton @Joey7Barton ..year. But the manager doesn't. Such is life. I have no problem with this as its my fault I am banned for 12(10 now) games. When a person Joseph Barton Just watching the end of Barca game now then PSG v Bordeaux. To the QPR fans, for some reason the managers dislikes me. From before Man City
Lake Bells tits 1
Joe allen - I dont get the hype. Yes, tidy player. Good movement, keeps it simple, but is it really hard to get those stats when all you is recycle possession and hit 5 yard side-passes? If any of his passes had proper penetration i would be impressed. Still, he looks decent. Dont know if he is a 15 million solution to a 20 million problem though ( henderson)

OTF 7485
EU37M for Modric seems like overs for me. On the whole I think it will help Spurs. Remember how often we were linked with Modric - wonder if we were actually in for him...

Happy Face 29
Modric to Madrid for £30m and.... The agreement will see the two clubs working together in respect of players, coaching and commercial relationships. Spurs get to pay the wages of Madrid rejects and sell them all their best players? Monroe Transfer 0
Fulham to Sunderland is a sideways step and I'd lose respect for Dempsey somewhat for that.
Lake Bells tits 1
What are his options though... burnt all the bridges at fulham and noone else interested. He has to move.
ChezGiven 0
Why not go to Sunderland? He'd be a definite starter there and he fits in with what they need imo. Great player but at 29 and having just had the best season of his career, spending big money on Dempsey needs a return this season, as he was probably at his peak last season. By year 4 of his next contract, he wont be up to much and worth nothing.
Lake Bells tits 1
Well he could very well be at his peak for this season and the following 2-3 seasons at which point he would have been a fantastic buy. If he delivers 10-15 goals a season thats a great purchase. Why not Sunderland? Well Fulham is a better team for starters, that being said Sunderland have shown ambition this summer with a few shrewd signings and spending proper money. If clubs around us keep spending like this and we dont adress issues and strengthen, we could very well tumble back to midtable within a few windows really. We needed a fullback and a CB as well as a pacey striker this window. We havent bought anyone aside from a backup CM.
ChezGiven 0
Dempsey being at his peak and scoring 15 goals a season from midfield until he is 33 is a bit optimistic iyam He has burnt his bridges though, as you say, so he has to move on. Agreed. Similar to RVP for me. Great last season but on a downward slide from here on. Not saying he won't still have a good season but not as good as last year. They must be spunking some cash on wages for Brown, O' Shea, Johnson, Fletcher and Dempsey like. I also wouldn't rule out this rumour coming from his agent to try and spur other teams into action

Hardly a stretch to suggest he could average half for the next 2 seasons, injuries permitting. Age is a fickle thing though, Di Natale is turning 38 and is banging them in for Udinese, started to blossom in his 30s
