it seems to have stopped working ? I've always pressed "print screen". I've tried pressing alt, ctl and the shift key at the same time but it doesn't seem to work ?

Any suggestions please ?

To test if print screen is working:

Press Print Screen

Open "Paint"

Press Ctrl+V

That should past the screen into paint. I say paint as it comes with windows so you should have it. Ctrl+V is a standard shortcut for paste. (Ctrl+C is copy. Ctrl+X is cut and Ctrl+Z is undo).

Ta JawD. It actually puts it into a word document, but not into an email ?

If you want it in an email, you should just be able to print screen, open your email, make sure your cursor is active in the body of the email then press Ctrl+V

ah Im not familiar with it. You might need to paste it in to paint, then save it as a file. Then attached the file to the email.
