PaddockLad 17687
Two huge ego's, match made in heaven. Cruyff is brilliant, he's in that long line of Dutch football figures who really don't give a fuck what they say and who they say it to. Which of coure will go down well with Dalglish

rogerbarton 24
Hmm...apparently they're impressed with his work at Ajax in terms of their youth graduates, but how much of that can be attributed to him? Comolli has been made the scapegoat to save Kenny's bacon, but I think his future may still hinge on Sunday's match tbh. Whatever you say like, as director of football, Comolli should have been putting a block on some of the extortionate deals they brokered, could he not have suggested better alternatives to Henderson/Downing/Carroll? TicTacWoe 0
According to a few on RAWK it's Danny Murphy. (From RAWK though as I say so it's very likely to be utter bollocks based on nothing.) Edited April 13, 2012 by TicTacWoe
Ayatollah Hermione 14066
Cruyff is a bit of a headcase but has done canny work everywhere he's been by all accounts. I just hope Dalglish and him come to blows straight away over spunking 25 million on Josh Macacacacacacaheran
TicTacWoe 0
Will be interesting if it happens. In recent years, if Cruyff disagreed with the general consensus of the Ajax board, the board or most of it would resign. That's how much power he wielded. Hard to know what sort of power struggle might develop with Dalglish. Edited April 13, 2012 by TicTacWoe
Ayatollah Hermione 14066
Dalglish holds most of it, it appears because his status makes him close to unsackable and, being Scottish, he'll be too stubborn to admit any sort of mistake and fuck off. Happy days.

Kitman 2207
http://tomkinstimes....damien-comolli/ I lost the will to live half way down that. Apparently the 'direct football' philosophy was based on statistical analysis too.
