Dr Gloom 22142
the tories under cameron have performed more u-turns than any government in living memory. unbelievable for CT to pic up on that point Edited February 14, 2013 by Dr Gloom
Christmas Tree 4821
A U Turn in a coalition is one thing, but not having a policy and then having one in less than 24 hours is comical.
Renton 21980
Dave never changes his mind. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/politics/9617519/37-coalition-climbdowns-u-turns-and-row-backs.html Pretty sure that's nowhere near a complete list as well. Cameron's leadership had been utterly shambolic, yet you'd never hear CT mention even one of his many u turns.
NJS 4411
If it means coming up with half decent stuff like this he should "panic" more often. Its also good that he stated Brown made a mistake - actually honest.

ewerk 31195
Surely the increases in the personal allowance has reduced the need for a 10p tax rate?

TheTaffer 0
What a joke this bloke is. Yesterday the Labour party announce that Ed Milliband will be making a big economy speech on Thursday but it wont include any policies. Then David Cameron takes the piss re the no policy bit at PMQ Today it includes a new policy, to re-introduce the 10p rate of tax previously abolished by Labour. Aye, we want this fellow with his fingers on all the levers. Why on earth would Miliband have told Cameron his policy when he was due to announce it the next day. You could see him smirking as Cameron brought up the email, clearly had it hidden up his sleeve for a while.
TheTaffer 0
And its not really comical if its something they've been working on for a substantial amount of time

Its not what he told Cameron, its what he sent out to all the journalists and TV companies so they would film / report his speech. "Im making a major speech, however I wont be unveiling any new policies". quick kicking off Dave and out it pops. Btw, if you are wondering how he came up with it so fast..... http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2278413/David-Cameron-hints-government-bring-10p-tax-rate.html
