 Bilbao have been very clear on where their history comes from, it’s absolutely mental these sad cunts are going to basically call a random Spanish club liars about their own history for what reason? To tell them they should be mates and actually hate Newcastle  ? We have no history with them, it’s just a bit of banter and good will between supporters based on European competition, they just need to accept they’re a fucking irrelevance and move on - the way to be relevant in Europe is to play in fucking Europe not to accuse teams of lying about where their fucking shirt design comes from.

It’s definitely the desperation to be relevant like. That’s it. I like how they’re going on like it’s an Indiana Jones film and they’ve stumbled upon some esoteric historical pot of gold. There are no provable links between the two clubs whatsoever

Did anyone catch the Look North piece about their ‘International Fans Weekend’? It was at their ‘fans museum’ which looked like a sports bar with a few framed signed shirts on the wall. Can’t remember the exact numbers but it was about 70 people had turned up for the weekend  nee fucker bar us gives a shite about them but they’re desperate to show how MASSIVE they are despite all evidence pointing to the contrary
