Howmanheyman 33246
As bad as it's been for them they're still not 'marooned' which is why I also think they'll stop up.

Tom 14011
Forest won 14 games and stayed up on goal difference. Sunderland have won 1. They aren't suddenly going to pull themselves together. Their players are shit and the club is toxic. They're pulling in about 16,000 fans for a home game for fucks sake and I reckon 14,000 of them will be going just for the drink. Kevin Carr's Gloves 3894
At their current ppg tally they are on course for 28 points this season.

NJS 4386
They were shit yesterday but not remarkably shitter then any other team in that league including Boro. If they get anyone decent they'll be okay unfortunately - I get the points per game projections etc but still.
Kevin Carr's Gloves 3894
When we went down we had 0.82 ppg under McLaren which increased to 1.3 under Rafa. So the guy coming in to Sunderland has to have a better impact on Sunderland than Rafa had on us as he will need to at least double their ppg. Although he does have much more time. Rayvin 5223
Ultimately depends on the other teams as much as them, though. The bottom teams might have a collectively shit season, thus lowering the requirements.
