It says a lot about that place that I'm not surprised they're getting onto their high horse over a bloke who has supposedly said something racist despite the fact that in very recent memory they actually chanted 'he shags who he wants' about a bloke who was under trial for sexual conduct with a minor (they can wave the 'innocent until proven guilty' flag all they want that is still seriously fucked up) and had fans who racially abused a players mother to the point he transferred away.

I say supposedly as we don't really know what was said, but even if we assume it was horrific they still have no right whatsoever to claim any moral high ground here ffs.

What a total fucking abomination of a side they are, it's high time they were out the Premier League ffs. They've been doing this for fucking years man and then clipping enough teams that have nowt to play for at the end of the season to survive another year of stinking the league up.

Many fans in the league see them as the shit that wont flush, their fans are blind to it and still suck up to the occasional fan of another side that goes on SMB and slags us off but by and large people want rid of them from the league, in all honesty when was the last time they properly competed in the league? I know not many make title pushes but sides like Burnley and Bournemouth are trying to do well and come as high as they can, meanwhile the tramps have been in the league 10 years or so now and haven't come close to finishing top half.

The whole lot of them that have signed for the club have demonstrated that they are a bunch of merceneries with little or no stomach for hard work. We had our fingers burnt with Gyan, and really should've steered clear. Whilst they appear a bargain, when the going gets slightly tough, they go missing.

This epitomises the culture of many Africans, who appear to want maximum reward for minimal effort. The continent is riddled with corruption, Somali Pirates, Nigerian kidnappers, Sierra Leone freedom fighters, Mugabe and Zuma to name but a few.

Drogba apart, I am struggling to think of a single African footballer who has worked his arse off to better himself.

Fucking hell.

Aye players like Aubemeyang, Bony, Yaya Toure, Kolo Toure, Mane, etc are all utter shit and lazy... Just because his side buy shit players doesn't mean he can write off an entire continent of players in a racist way ffs. The rest of their team is fucking shite and basically always has been so going by that logic every single football player falls into that worthless, lazy ,twats category.

Oh aye and blokes like Claude Makelele, Essien, and that were okay as well. He should write off all French players because Steed Malbranque was fucking crap.

What baffles me is the consensus that it's better to consistently finish 17th, than risk trying for more. Premier League survival is literally the only ambition, every year.

If they do go down, there'll be a lot of fewm on RTG. On there, the Championship is a pub league, Rafa is a bad manager because we were relegated, Moyes is a good manager because he's in the top flight, our players are shit because they're in the Championship, their players are good because they're in the top flight.

I'm amazed there haven't been protests against an unambitious and niggardly owner who, year on year, has 40,000 fans turning up every other week to watch little better than the worst football in the Premier League. Without the derby they've very little to get excited about, have they?

But if they protest they're no better than the maggie cunts, they're classy fans Fish, CLASSY. It just so happens they have a board with racist rants about their African players...

You're spot on about that weird view of the PL v Championship, I said it to one once that you're paying money to see football and it's better to be entertained in the Championship than turning up to watch your side put in a non-performance and get battered in the PL, but of course when we're a division below they wont hear any of that. If they were challenging in the Prem it would be a different story but as you said their aim is 17th and they don't really look higher so they'd honestly be better off challenging up the league a division down, Boro fans have had far more entertainment and value for money than them the last few years.

It's funny when you think the season started off with them thinking they were going to break top 10 with fat Sam  despite the fact the fat cunt had barely got them survival after 30 games in charge. We're the ones consistently called arrogant yet they're genuinely trying to act above us while their team is a complete fucking shambles and is in the PL in name only as they have no hope whatsoever of placing above 15th in the near future.

Don't get me wrong, there's some fucking terrible sides in the Championship and we're not exactly 1970s Holland, but the bizarre belief that the bottom of the Premier League is significantly better than the top of the Championship is truly ridiculous. Their team just shipped 4 goals to Burnley. Burnley. Not Man Utd, not Man City, but Burnley. Defour was the only newly signed (and therefore not Championship) player that started, so if they're getting spanked 4-1 by what is essentially a Championship side, how're they going to fare when they have to face Championship sides week in week out? :(

I don't think they're good enough to do what we're doing. I know a lot of them are now looking towards our side and thinking they can but they're forgetting we sold 3 players for over 50m and brought in a striker that is getting a goal a game, I also still argue we had a better side when we went down than they have now.

They'd be scrapping for play-off spots at best imo, they have a bunch of loanees and their best player will absolutely be gone if they go down (if he doesn't leave in January anyway). I imagine Patrick Van Aanolt will be the focus of some bids as well if they go down.

You're forgetting the main factor - they've been happy with the last few years of 17th because it's been masked by beating us or us being relegated.

Funnily enough this should be a free year where they can take stock and decide what they do want - this isn't being helped by our season so far.
