ToonMarshy 2
playing like a team without a game plan for these past 5 mins, passing in our half and running down the clock. How we proceed after half time is going to be crucial

SloopJohn 0
That half proved that when we play the ball on the floor we're a fucking great side shame about those ten minutes in the middle of the half when we seemed to think hoofing it Demba was the best plan
Park Life 71
Smooth free-flowing football. At last. Hatem popping up in key parts of the best moves and orchestrating the piecemeal destruction.

acrossthepond 874
Three attacks of absolute magic, the rest of it was mostly dreadful hoofball dirge. Perch has done alright, fair play to him. Hoping Colo is OK, that will be pivotal to our season.

Dirge is a bit strong.
jaythesouthernmag 0
Can Santon play cb? Even Simpson, I would keep Perch at lb, fair play to him he's done ok there. Will be nervy without Collo, think another couple of goals needed now
rogerbarton 24
That was certainly the best 45 minutes I've seen from us. Didn't see it coming! Fantastic. Passing the ball with pinpoint accuracy and the fluidity of the attacks with Jonas, Cabaye and particularly the front trio of Ben Arfa, Cisse and Ba has been superb. Ben Arfa has been unplayable and wow, Cisse knows how to score. Brilliant!
Papa Lazaru 0
Should have been Santon for Perch at fullback, assuming Pardew isn't insane enough to repeat the complete mess of Jonas at LB with Cabaye in front of him at LW which saw Norwich have a field day down that side. Other than that i'm very pleased to see Ben Arfa, Ba and Cisse all start together again and if we pass it about and don't punt it long we could see a few goals. This is all i've wanted, our best footballers out there being told to knock it about and the goals have come, and beautifully worked goals too. Credit to Pardew for his tactics today andlong may he keep them this way.
