ADP 0
I know people are cautious about being optimistic (and ill be the first person to quote this post as moronic if the alternative happens...), but I reckon we should expect to steamroll Wolves like. Heavy defeats in recent weeks coupled with the return of key players should galvanise the squad to want to undo some of the damage at Fulham and spurs. Understood about new manager syndrome, but nee one wants the job! Surely that must be quite demoralising for a squad which in the past few games have played like they want to get the game over with? There for the taking. 3-0 at least. moron

Tino asprilla 0
very disappointing. i cant work out why we keep lumping the ball to the front line. we got some really talented players who can work the ball well yet we are taking them out the game with these tactics. what a waste
Asprilla 96
2 very expensive points dropped. They need to sort it out but I'm pretty sure they realise that...

nortoon 0
Fuck off. Why cant we just play football against shite teams. This match was almost identical to the last time we played these. 2-0 up by half time. Then Pardew does his calm-down-lads-keep-it-tight-at-the-back-its-almost-in-the-bag-speech. Resorting to us letting them back in the game. And pressuring us into letting 2 goals in. Difference from last time was the ref was a cunt towards us now, rather than when he disallowed an arguably good goal for them last time. Pardew learnt fucking nothing, its no wonder we never ever win by more than 1 goal.

Brock Manson 0
Tbh we did the exact same when we played them first half of the season - scored early then sat back as we'd thought the game was won. This time it's come back to bite us on the arse. Wolves always are a tricky game for us, so I was half-expecting a disappointing result here today. Duly delivered but still, we really should've won this. Let's just hope Spurs thrash Arsenal and Liverpool win the Cup Final if we're to finish in the euro places. I don't think we can be caught by any other team below us tbh.

rogerbarton 24
Pure and simply, we just had the wrong tactics today which played right into their hands. Why the fuck did we play hoofball against hoofball specialists when we could have completely outplayed them on the floor? Wolves put in a decent shift but we needed to attack the fuckers down the wings and we didn't even bother. They dominated possession which was helped by their five man midfield and good pressing but we could easily have asserted ourselves more, we didn't seem to want the ball enough. Surely puts a massive dent in any chance of a top four finish but we weren't really expecting that anyway. Pardew really needs to get a grip on things ahead of the mackems next week. DubiousBobcat 0
I thought we were lucky to be 2-0 up in the first half. Wolves totally dominated midfield. I had to double check that Cabaye and Tiote were back in the team. What is this latest tactic we have of giving them all the time on the ball they need and not closing them down? Last 3 or 4 games i have seen this from us and its mind boggling. Another thing I have started to notice, do all our players suddenly think they are Messi and think they can take on everyone, or have they ever heard of passing? That and hoofing it anywhere without looking is also becoming infuriating. Pardew and the team got what they deserved today.

Monroe Transfer 0
I've said this before and I'll say it again - we never kill games off. Our biggest win this season was 3-0 against Man Utd, and the third goal in that game was a complete fluke so you could say that our performance in that game was only worthy of 2-0. This time last season, we'd won 6-0, 5-1, 5-0 and were about to beat today's opponents 4-1. Never have we looked close to doing that this season. I said during the match that I don't ever feel comfortable at 2-0 and today was a prime example as to why I feel that way. Serious question marks over Pardew now tbh. It was surprising then that he replaced Cisse rather than Ba. Cisse works harder at closing down. Slowla Slowmeobi as a late sub to inject seomthing into a game is laughable. Yeah, it's a shame we've not been able to see much from Cisse in the last two games because we've barely seen the ball...
