LoveTheBobby 1 Posted February 7, 2012 Share Posted February 7, 2012 (edited) Isn't the Co-Op as an organisation that from inception, based on some sort of religious/ethical footing ? Read an article while ago about how they're a rather insular company and how their shops suffer as a result as they always recruit from within and therefore rarely exposed to new ideas. I know folk who bank with them and only have good things to say. Whether the tillers in their banks wait for an agitated queue to form before getting on the tannoy to request another member of staff comes from out the back, I'm not sure .
